Sponsored by Ulster Ireland this is a festival that took place in 2009. I realise that’s even more out of date than the post I supplied you with yesterday, but at least this little tidbit of information has a saving grace! The festival was revered by locals and visitors alike as one of the more emphatic events to have taken place in Ireland during that year. It could be considered a financial investment by both the sponsor and those that completed the head count.
